What it does
- Adjustable compression. Straps let you set the tension yourself, so you can tighten it for activity and ease it off when you're resting — without taking it off.

- Secure fit. Silicone contact surfaces and adjustable straps hold the brace in position as you bend and straighten, so it isn't sliding down mid-walk.

Prime Knee comes in four sizes: M, L, XL and 2XL, each available for the left or right knee in black or white.
We haven't published a measurement chart yet, because we won't put numbers on this page that we haven't verified with our manufacturer. Rather than have you guess: measure around the centre of your knee and email that number to support@primeknee.com. We'll tell you which size to order, usually within one business day.
Between two sizes? Go up. A brace slightly loose still works. Slightly tight is unwearable.
