Which size should I order?
Prime Knee comes in four sizes: M, L, XL and 2XL. We haven't published a measurement chart yet, because we won't put numbers on this page that we haven't verified with our manufacturer. Measure around the centre of your knee, email that number to support@primeknee.com, and we'll tell you which size to order — usually within one business day.
Between two sizes? Go up.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery is 10–18 business days. Delivery times may vary by destination.

Can I wear it all day?
It's designed for everyday wear — under work clothes, on a walk, or at the gym. Set the strap tension to suit what you're doing, and ease it off when you're resting.
Does it stay in place?
Silicone contact surfaces and adjustable straps are what hold it in position as you bend and straighten. If it's sliding, the straps likely need tightening — or the size is too large.
Is it suitable after an injury or surgery?
Prime Knee is a supportive garment, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have an injury, ongoing pain, or a diagnosed condition, speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before using any brace.
How do I care for it?
